Brazil is the world's largest sugar exporter, with cane production concentrated in the Centre-South (São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Goiás) and the North-East. Available specifications include VHP (Very High Polarisation) raw sugar, ICUMSA 45 refined, crystal white, brown and organic, packed in bulk, 50 kg bags or big bags, typically shipped out of Santos.
